My name is Kendall Silva and I am a coach for musicians and others who are associated with the music industry.  

I specialize in helping local musicians turn their hobby into a successful career.  There is a lot of information out there about the philosophy behind 'making it' in the music industry, but even the so-called "step-by-step" guides end by telling you to find a manager, booking agent, and/or label, but other than that... good luck...

It is my goal to help musicians start a profitable and successful music business, and take it as far as they want to go!  I do this by offering tips and guides that you can put into action TODAY.  

For those who would like one-on-one assistance that will bring results even faster, I do offer music business coaching services as well.  

I have always had a strong passion for helping others, ever since I was a little girl. Whether it was to help them succeed, make friends, build confidence, finish their homework, live more positively... I felt honored to know that I had made a difference in their lives.

This passion, along with a intense love for music, has extended into my adult life and career in the form of my business, Rock The Industry (RTI).
